In partnership with CPChem, we crafted the visual identities and messaging for the Culture Evolution and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. These visuals and messages illustrate how employees embody professionalism and safety, ensuring results are delivered while protecting the environment. These strategies also showcase employees' dedication to each other and the communities where they operate.
The Blueprint for Success
The seven essential elements outline what has made CPChem successful and how it can cultivate the best future possible. We used simple hexagonal elemental shapes in relation to the cultural messages and an extended color palette to differentiate the seven essential elements from the CPChem corporate brand.
Culture Evolution – The Code for Unleashing Our Best
The "Culture Evolution" program, launched across all internal communication channels, has become the operational code for CPChem employees. It empowers them to give and activate their best efforts, energizing their future by unleashing their best.
Supporting Growth & Sustaining Connection
We designed program items to support the ongoing culture communications and reflect the continuous evolution and improvement of CPChem.
The Journey to Zero & Community Commitment
The Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, themed "Our Journey to Zero," uses bold chevrons and colorful arrow graphics. These symbols represent the continuous effort and progression needed to achieve top-tier environmental and safety performance. The EHS messaging underscores CPChem's commitment to its employees and the communities where it operates.
Protecting People, Planet & Purpose
We designed various program materials to support ongoing Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) communications. These efforts highlight how CPChem employees and contractors strive to fulfill their purpose of improving lives worldwide. They achieve this by caring for themselves and their coworkers, operating safely and reliably, and actively improving the environment.
The Tenets of Operation
The tenets of operation demonstrate CPChem employees' commitment to each other and their communities. Tenet decals and other messaging decals were developed to keep "Our Journey to Zero" top of mind.
