TPC Group, a producer of petrochemical-derived products, holds a company-wide meeting every two years to discuss topics such as their "One TPC" culture, values integration, community involvement achievements, and forward-looking business strategies.
A Visual of Unity and Resilience
The main graphic embodies unity and renewal, symbolizing a fresh start for the TPC Group. It represents the strength that emerges when team members overcome challenges together, reflecting the company's collective determination and resilience in staying forward-focused through past adversities.
Visualizing Company Values
We developed an iconography system to visually represent the company's values, applying it across various on-screen and printed event materials.
Rising Stronger Together Branded & Organized
As part of the brand system and meeting organization for the many attendees, we used name badges, meeting agendas, and podium graphics among many other assets for the event.
Empowering Leaders with Presentation Support
We developed presentation templates to help the CEO and other company leaders deliver their agenda presentations.
Celebrating History, Inspiring the Future
To generate enthusiasm for TPC Group's upcoming strategic plans, we designed cubed, tabletop graphics that featured the company's key milestones and historical events, placing them at each attendee table.
Shining a Light on Values & Engaging Employees
We created stackable, large light boxes to reinforce TPC's values during the event. Employee engagement activities, including opportunities to share achievements and acknowledge outstanding professional efforts, were incorporated into the tabletop materials.
Navigating the Meeting
We created welcoming signs and activity wayfinding posters to help employees navigate the various activities at the meeting.
We created feather flags for use during the event and for placement at TPC offices and facilities after the event conclusion. These flags will help maintain the "Rising Stronger Together" momentum throughout the ongoing employee communications campaign.
Unifying Employees for Community Engagement
We designed employee T-shirts for staff to wear when volunteering at community events and other outside-of-office engagements.
Enhancing TPC Group Videos
We developed intro and outro motion graphics to serve as visual bookends for the Rising Stronger Together videos produced internally by TPC Group.
